Marketing + Communications Lead

As the Marketing and Communications Lead, you'll own all initiatives for advancing the Reputation DAO ecosystem and its products. You'll lead and execute strategy for Reputation's public facing brand. This spans many touch points and channels, including: website, PR, blogs, social media etc. We want to build a community around what we do and you will spearhead that effort, working directly with team leads to create our strategy.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Create and manage Reputations marketing plan and a regular, high-quality and data-driven communications pipeline
2. Create and manage a pipeline for high quality content to be regularly distributed via Mycelium’s and Reputations media channels
3. Manage communications distributed by the Mycelium team
4. Create and manage brand tone & voice standards for public profiles communicating on behalf of Reputation.
5. Create and manage content for Reputations social media accounts - and those Mycelium social media channels related to Reputation
6. Build out the marketing and comms team

📄 Requirements

• 3+ years experience, displaying proven success building and managing a community in Defi
• Experience creating a marketing plan and communications pipeline
• Proven experience curating and scaling up communities on major platforms like Discord, Telegram and Twitter
